Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California

My husband had head brain injury, im the only witness to the case. My husband attorney tell me go to find my own loos of consortion attorney, since I'm foreign and never deal with attorneys be4 it was new everything to me. I ask him why you push me away he told me we will lost more money in trial. So I find attorney he sign contract with me. I find that my husband attorney get his ex wife to be guardian at lidem she not even leave in California. I was nobody just witness to the case and behind my back they was sign lots of paper work witch was only scrue my husband. Also I find on my husband email how his attorney making him and his guardian sign paper work regarding my loss of consortium claim ,he say in that paper she it's mean me relay on our promisse and talk about my claim asking my husband and his guardian sign the paper work so defendants will never find that loss of consortion claim was ever exist. I call my attorney he told me why do I diging to my husband email I tell him I'm his wife and he is incompetent person. I find out that my attorney and my husband attorney never had any paper work sign it was just verbal agreement . I still not given up ,how they treat me , I'm tired crying,going to doctors, I safe my husband life , was covered in blood ,my son was at time nine years old see all this tragic , Who and how can sue this Heartless people? Where can I find good trustworthy attorney?
