Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California

my son was involved in a terriable car accident in Wisconsin(Madison) in 2006 on January 1, he was left a quadripligic and spinal cord injuries with lots of injuiries,resulting in death,my son was promissed a hugh amount but the seattlement was droped due to his death,i then took over for wrongful death also being promissed with a hugh seattlement ,i have all the paper work and also i was to get money from the trust fund,i also have the paper work i fealt i was cheated out of 19.000 all i got was 5.000 from the trust also i was supposed to get 10.000 because the wrongful death suit had to be droped according to the attorney because i was not there at the time of the accident the date was set for may 20010 he had me beliveing as so did my son that i had a good wininng case,i have all the paper work with what the attorney repressenting us kept,i felt leyied to and cheated out of this case,i was so sick from depression at the time and got sick from what this attorney did, also he cheated my mother grandmother of my son out of 50.000 from her insurance later on find out that the attorney stated that it was my mom in the accident not my son, i need legaL ADVICE HELP! ELIZABETH JUAREZ case number 13558.58873 i also have a letter that he would help me with housing and other expensives.on behalf of my son Patrick Dominguez this happened in Wisconsin
