summons/complaint overlooked specific charge of fraud and intentional misrepresentation, resulting in default judgment instead of a criminal judgment. what can plaintiffs do to have judgment amended

You can't get a criminal judgment as a civil plaintiff. Only the District Attorney or Attorney General can prosecute criminal charges.
