Legal Question in Mediation in California
Auto car accident
i was in a car accident and i just had a mediation session to figure out how the insurance money will get dispurse amongst the people effective by the car accident. if i didnt sign anything could i go back on my decision, after finding out some information that was withheld?

Yes, assuming the mediation was not in court and you didn't put a settlement agreement on the record. You might seek legal counsel, or at least discuss with an attorney your options.
