Legal Question in Mediation in California
I have signed a mediation , one day after to be out of a psiquitric clinic for try to commit suicide ,
Now i would like to anulate this docuement , it any way i can do it ? .
Am in bad relation with my lawyer and he will do nothink for help me .

Ok, so the question is were you still crazy or incompetent at the time you signed the agreement? Sounds like you are trying to back out of an agreement because you are having second thoughts. If your lawyer won't help you then talk to someone else.
