If a 3rd wife is suing can the family join too?

If a 3rd wife already is in process of suing (malpractice) how can we get involved also if the third wife wont include us or does she have to?

I need more information to answer your question.

If someone has been injured by a doctor's negligence the following people have standing to sue for negligence:

1. Victim Still alive:

a. Victim

b. Victim's spouse

c. Victim's family members who witnessed the act, if it was traumatic to witness.

2. Victim Died as a result of Doctor's Neg.

a. Victim's spouse

b. Victim's children

c. Victim's estate

If your situation does not fit these two scenarios then you should call in order for me to ask some questions so that I can give you an accurate answer.
