Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

Birth weight 12lb Dr did not do C-section

Is this common out there with OB/GYN to deliver by Vaginal delivery with such a large baby? He has brain trauma erb's palsy and the leftside of his brain has no activity so no speech and a disabled child!

You need to consult an attorney who specializes in Medical Malpractice and have him/her obtain your and your child's medical records and consult his Ob/Gyn expert. You may have a case, but only the expert knows if there was a departure from the standard of care. You should definitely look into this, as your case is a high-damages case, assuming liability.
