Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

breast implant problems

if a woman had breast implants and

the doctor did not listen to the size

that she requested(he made them

bigger then what she asked for),

what legal recourse can be taken.

During consultation the doctor even

told the patient that most women

come back and say they want them

bigger then, after telling him she

didn't want bigger then a b-cup. It's

at the very least a c, and now is very

uncomfortable with the size of her

breasts.

I am sorry to hear the about your experience.

Not only do you have a potential malpractice claim for professional negligence but you also have claims as a consumer as well.

I would be willing to discuss some of the issues concerning your experience to see if there may be legal justification to pursue your case.

I offer prospective clients an initial consultation of 30 minutes for free.

I look forward to speaking with you.
