Re: california malpractice

You will have to show that your mother's death was the result of negligence which basically means it was the result of someone's mistake. The way to determine if a mistake was made is to discuss your case with an experienced malpractice lawyer. You should be able to have this initial discussion for free.

If after that discussion, you and the lawyer think that there may be a case, then you can collect the records, have them reviewed by an appropriate expert or consultant and determine if there is a case.

You have a limited time to file a case. This time varies from state to state. To protect your case you should speak with someone soon.

The case would be filed in CA given that that appears to be where this all happened. Feel free to contact me by phone or e-mail to get some questions answered.

Re: california malpractice

First, why do you think it was malpractice?

Second, you must file a litigation in the county where the defendant resides.
