Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

Do i have a case

Surgery of disectomy of C5 and C6 with bone fusion. I have permanent damage in my walk, as my right foot is difficult to pick up due to the length of time 5 and 6 were pressing on my cord. I have been seeing the doctor over 3 years

Certainly worth a look. One would need to have the medical records reviewed by a spine surgeon, including all previous xrays, CT's and MRI's. Contact an attorney that does Med Mal. Attorney time is free unless the case is prosecuted and results in a judgment on your behalf. Then it's paid from the award based upon a statutory split.

Contact us or another med mal attorney to get a review. The statute of limitations is 1 year from the discovery of the injury and its negligent cause, or three years from date of injury, whichever is less. Therefore you must move quickly.
