Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

Ceasarian

A gauze came out from my vagina last january 17, 2005 after i gave birth on my 1st baby child thru ceasarian. I went back to the hospital after 1 day for check up and said i'm fine then the next day i had a heavy vaginal bleeding which puts my life in danger. I have a copy of my medical records, my husband and i both suffer from a traumatic experience on this that's why i am seeking for law advice.

Thanks.

Re: Ceasarian

Without residual (permanent) injuries the economics of medical malpractice preclude a viable case no matter how slam dunk the issue of negligence is in your case. Putting your life at risk is not a serious injury if you recovered without months of pain and suffering and all kinds of medical expenses and loss of earnings that are not covered by insurance.
