Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

Cosmetic dental - bad veneers

I had veneers cemented on

yesterday and they all look tilted

when I saw them at home, since at

the time I looked at it, my lips were a

bit swollen. Also, 2 of the veneers

aren't big enough to cover the teeth,

making it a gap between the gum

and the veneers. Some veneers

aren't even in the same shade of

white. He had me sign 2 agreements

though, but it was all before he

cemented my teeth, they were like ''I

approve my teeth'' and ''No matter

what happens, I will be responsible

for the cost if any problem arises

after the procedure''. Just wondering

if I can still sue him, because it's how

he glued them on was a problem?

And he showed me once before he

cemented them on, but all those

veneers were loose because they

didn't have cement, so I made a poor

judgement and OK-ed the veneers...

I regret it so bad and I spend over

12000 dollars on such crappy job. I

don't know what to do since I'm also

leaving the States at the end of the

month.
