Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California
Dear sir
About three month ago I had seven implants, three crowns, and four veneers put in, after a month i started having symptoms such as pain, soreness in TMJ, neck area, occipital head ache, throat spasm , and pain, fullness in both ears which gets worse with eating.
My Dentist has adjusted my bite more than once and recommended night guard, which has not provide any improvement in my symptoms
I do not know what to do I am miserable and unable to eat or sleep, my symptoms get worse if I lay down on my left or right side at night.
I believe the job was not done right, I paid my dentist about $19000 please tell me
If there is any legal action that I can take against my dentist.
I really appreciate your advise and your help.
Sincerely yours leeli

The main problem is that you don't know that cause of your pain. You need to see another dentist or some type of expert to evaluate it. If it was done wrong then you could sue but you just believe it was done wrong and it could have been done right you're just reacting badly.
