Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California
dental amalgams and allergens
I have had over 20 crowns and silver fills. Most of these crowns have been put on in the past 2 years. All my crowns were ill-fitting, had open margins, got severely infected, had oral surgery, had repeated root canals and surgeries related to the root canals, low white blood cell count, testing for leukemia, hypothyroidism, memory loss, fatique, dentists declined to test, to biopsy the tissue aroound the root canals, because after the root canals, it got infected and I had to have another prodedure type of surgery, I have had white lesions in my mouth, I explained it to the specialist that did the last surgery/root canals I told him all the problems and how I felt that it might be related to all the crowns I had or it might be related to the paste used in cememting the crowns, or it might be something more serious. I repeatedly asked him to test my tissue to find out what's going on, he declined to do so. When I confronted him, he told me I didn't have enough tissue to test it. I doubt that very much. I believe that he had no intention of testing any tissue at all.

Re: dental amalgams and allergens
You didn't ask a question, but it sounds like you need further medical and dental follow-up.
You should do some research and find an oral surgeon that you trust to comprehensively evaluate your situation.
