Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California
I had a dime size biopsy done ten months ago, it has now grown to more then 10 centimeters wide and has not healed. the dr failed to give me a follow up appointment and also gave me the wrong results and resolution for this biopsy. do i have a case and if so what type of area of law does this fall under.
