Let me see if I understand your question. You want to sue the person who cuts your paycheck and gives you medicine when you're in pain, right?

If I understood this scenario correctly, I suggest you take a look in the mirror and see if you really like what you see.

I am being sarcastic, because (1) you have not been damaged in any way, and (2) are considering to cut the hand that feeds you, (preverbially speaking).
