Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

I have two fractured shoulders and had requested a wheelchair prior t knee sugery on 9-1-09 I never recieved it which caused me utmost complacations. I now need sugery again after falling down three times and it exaspirated my other knee that now needs sugery also. Then after I failed a complaint they responded with "you slliped throught the cracks"
