Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California
graduate intern acted as a pharmacist due to misinterpretate licensure process.
I passed the CA board exam. Due to the cut back on staffs, CA Board of pharmacy did not allow me to pick up the license in person but stated in its notified letter that paper-work would be processed and license would be provided within 3 working days. I waited for my check (processing fee)to be cashed for a week by the board, and then I worked as a pharmacist for 4 days before I was told by the board that this was illegal. My license has been holding up for 3 months in which usually should be received at least 2 and 1/2 months ago. What should I do? Should I hire a lawyer or wait to be heard from the board? Thank you.

You need to find out what the problem is. An attorney might be able to help.
