Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

why so long

i filed a malpractice case and it is taking forever what are my rights if i cancel it and can i go public with it,i sent in a other question is it legal they are fighting it of course and can i talk to someone in person about it to learn what i can do. i was misdiagnosed and put on wrong meds which caused more problems i have strokes,hearing loss,cirrious,colostmy bag and other stuff happen because they didnt do testing when it first started i was misdiagnosed.

There is no way to answer your questions without thoroughly reviewing the court documents and your medical records. A malpractice lawyer will put in the time for free, but you will have to supply the materials.
