Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

i recently won a med mal case (10mo. Ago) and my lawyer hasn't reported it to the state medical board, am i supposed to or is he? Who is responsible for reporting it to the board?

It is reported by the medical malpractice insurance company that represented the doctor.
