Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

Medical Malpractice

Can I sue Planned Parenthood for a failed abortion? I went in and had one in Feb. and found out a month later I was still completely pregnant and had a miscarriage. I had surgery and everything. They even pierced my uterus when they did the proceedure (planned parenthood) i went for my follow up with pp (before the miscarriage) and they said i was ok, not pregnant etc. Thing is, i'm homeless and can't afford an attourney. please advise
