Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

I was told by my gynecologist that i did not need to have my tubes tied. He said that there was so much scar tissue in my uterus that there would be no way I could become pregnant. This was about 3 years ago. Last year i became pregnant and had to have an abortion....Can I sue my doctor?

Yes. But, it won't be worth the cost of the suit.

You can always sue, the question is can you win.

You need to find a med mal attorney and let him/her evaluate it. You should not wait , because the statute of limitations is about to expire, unless it already has.
