Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

no money

I have a med mal case but no money for an expert. if I don't get an attorney it will be dismissed.

Yes. If the case is solid there are companies that will loan you the needed cash against the recovery. Problem is, only if there is already an qualified expert willing to back your case. Also, some lawyers will take some med mal cases and advance the cost of experts. If you need a referral you can give me a call.
