Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California
ive been seeing same pa since 03, and he has been coming to my home doing sexual things i have post traumatic stress which he was aware of, he prescribed me valium, pain meds, and his office cut me off my meds this week and he came over yeserday to give me some valium to help me come off it, and expected sex for it, he would come over and call in scripts for sex, he would call my home asking if i needed pills, he in my opinion is to blame for a lot of suffering, i have to come off these pils now, i need the valium, i have a psciatrist but im ashamed to tell him about this, i feel iv lost a lot of my life to him, he is married and has a beautiful home with money and comes here to drink and slum i guess. is there anything i can do about this, i feel ashamed and used.

You may have a very good case and need help. See a psychiatrist you can trust and get to an attorney right away.

You need to see a lawyer so you can develop the strategy on the best way to proceed. What I am not certain is the meaning of "PA". Of you are referring to a 'physician's assistant' then there is something is seriously wrong here, and possibly even criminal as PA's don't prescribe meds. Let me know if I can help.
