Plastic Surgery

Is it possible for me to have a case against a plastic surgeon who messed up on the liposuction of my thighs and gave me a permanent scar? The surgery was performed a year ago; however, a correctional surgery was performed 3 months ago by the same plastic surgeon, but the scar was not healed as promised.

Yes it is possible. But the plastic surgeon must have been

"negligent": not meeting the level of competence for plastic surgeons,

or that he warranted. The suit does not follow automatically from

having a scar. If the risks were not explained, you may have a cause

of action for battery.
