Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California
Hello everyone
I have a few questions I would like to have answered. My now ex landlord is my dentist I went to him for dental work. He did terrible work and he also committed insurance fraud. He charged my insurance $18,000.00 in total over the course of a few years. He was supposed to do the work but never did. He now wants me to go to his friends to cover up what he did. I have been in constant pain for 6 years. So what I'm trying to get at is can I sue for malpractice, pain and suffering or anything else? Thank you for your time.

The answer to your question requires a complete analysis of the treatment or non-treatment by this dentist, your knowledge of the insurance improprieties and when they occurred, and the current problems with your mouth. Yes, you can sue but whether you have a sufficient case cannot be answered with this limited information.
