Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

My name is Robert Tyler and Ive undergone two back surgeries at kaiser hospital.

They claimed they could fix me. The first surgery did not work so I had a

second surgery. They stripped the covering on my nerves and now Im in worse pain every day

and I have permanent nuropathy. I've had loss of feeling in my lower body to where I fall

down because My leg had gone to sleep. Theyve tried Methadone, Vicodine, Morphine, Oxicodone

for the pain. I've been suffering major depression over being in pain all the time. So they

put me on seroquel and every other deppression medicine.

Now because of the meds I suffer from double vision and I cant even drive. My teeth

are rotting from the inside and they are falling out. I have never had a cavity in my life

before this happened. I am only 41 years of age. This all started when I was about 35 years

old. My eye sight was 20/20 and I never had glasses. We paid 700 dollars for my glasses

because it had to have a special prizome because of my double vision and I still see double.

I just found out that kaiser will not carry generic oxycotin for my pain and if I

want to keep taking it Ill have to pay 1500 dollars a month for the major brand because my

wifes insurence will not cover the cost of this brand of meds. So now I have to take a

different brand that will not handle my pain as good as oxycotin does. I just need to know

is there anything I can do because of all this.
