Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California
well ive had seizures since i was 12.the doctor told me i had it on my brain since i was born but when i was born the doctor told my mom im fine.can i sue them for emotional distress,pain&suffering,and money for work i could have been doing?

only if you could show the doctor was negligent. You can sue anyone but whether you will win is another story.
