Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

I want to know if I can sue Kaiser for my miscarriage. I had three miscarriages in the past. I then saw a specialist that decided for my next pregnancy to put me on Progesterone. Through this hormone I was able to carry my son full term and gave birth. I found out that I was pregnant on last Sunday. I tried to call and let them know that I am a high risk pregnancy and I need to hormone right away. They kept transferring me and telling me they would call me back. By Wednesday I had spoken to a nurse the day before. She told me she would call me back and never did. On Wednesday I spoke to another person and they said they would call me back and never did. On Thursday I started spotting and lost the baby....So now that you know the story behind it, Can I sue them?

No. You signed a contract for Arbitration. You could possibly find a lawyer that does Kaiser medical malpractice arbitrations, but I'm not optimistic. I hope this is the last time in your life you ever sign a document containing the word "arbitration."
