Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

What are the time limits?

I need to know the time limitations on filing a medical malpractice suit. Also the same for personal injury. Thank you.

From your posting I could not determine whether your inquiry referred to california or colorado law. In any event, the limitations in these states are very different. As there are many exceptions to thegeneral rule in both states it would be wise for you to consult an attorney in your locale. I'm guessing you wouoldn't be asking if a substantial period of time had not already elapsed. You should consult someone promptly.
