Legal Question in Military Law in California
I am 17 and will be 18 in 6 months, I live in Cali and am dating a 22 year old who lives in Washington. He is in the army and is worried about getting kicked out if someone finds out about us. If I have parental consent, is it ok if I date him and will he get kicked out of the army if I continue to??

As I think you know, the answer to your question depends on what you mean by "date." The consequences to his life of a conviction of a sex offense, even a seemingly trivial sex offense like dating one's 17 1/2 year old GF, are incredibly severe, so be very careful.
