Adultery in military
I am leagally separted from my military husband, would dating another military member be considered adultary and could he get into trouble for this?

Yes, to both questions. You are still married. Separation means nothing under military law. Your military boyfriend will likely be disciplined if, for instance, your military husband (or anyone else) turns him in.
