Legal Question in Military Law in California

Age of marriage

I'm curious to find out what the legal age for a military man and minor is to marry. State of california has no age limit, but requires the minor to have parental consent and to see a counselor and judge for approval. He being 18 she being 14.

Would the military have a problem if the state approved of such marriage.

The military services recognize the validity of any marriage which is valid in the State or Territory (or country) in which it occurs.
