Legal Question in Military Law in California

Need answers to choice I'm going to make

I've been in the Marines since June, and I hate it. It has changed the way I think. I've thought about hurting myself in order to get out. So I'm planning on going UA for a while and will most likely get charged with ''missing movement'', also I plan on smoking marijuana. I really want to make sure the kick me out. Question is, whats the longest that I could go to the brig for, for going ua, missing movement, and popping on a drug test? Also, how long will the process take from the time I turn myself in to the time I get discharged?

Answer would be a big help. Thank you

You should not break the law under any circumstance. You should seek counseling. Your future attorney can help you submit a request to be discharged from the Marines.

I must strongly advise you against breaking the law. It is NEVER the right thing to do. You should reconsider your choice and complete your enslistment. Your country and your fellow Marines need you. Becoming a criminal is not your best life decision under these circumstances.
