Legal Question in Military Law in California
If a us army soldier was caught stealing from the post exchange in korea but has had really good behavior and regrets what he did, will he get jail time, discharged or an article 15?

No one can know this answer! Your otherwise good behavior (and assuming you have no other record of misconduct) should help mitigate your circumstances as your command determines how to address your situation. Understand, however, that stealing will virtually always be looked upon as a serious matter. What you stole, your rank, your particular command ... all of these factors will play into the decision.
