Legal Question in Military Law in California
Entry Level Seperation
Once you recieve your entry level seperation papers in boot camp and are sent home are those legal final documents and they in no way can affect your life like with getting a job or going to college? I was there for 28 days and got sent home for fraudulent documents.

You should be alright. The legal effect of an entry level separation is as if you never enlisted. The best advice is to be honest with all future employers about the situation.
