False Homosexual Accusations

Hello im a marine and within the last couple months, i was drunk and engaged in sexual contact with what i thought was a woman, it turned out that she wasnt one, now he/she is sayin that they are going to go to the MPs and tell them that i am gay and try to get me in trouble, is there anything i can do to prevent gettin in trouble. thank you.

First. Go to your local TDS (Trial Defense Service) office or Legal Assistance office and talk to one of the attorneys there; make sure he states that he or she represents YOU.

Have them assist you in preparing an affidavit regarding what happened, signed an notarized. Have them keep a copy. If the he/she that is threatening you goes to your chain of command, you will at least have a record of what is going on and it will be sworn to and pre-date the issue being raised to your command.
