Legal Question in Military Law in California

Where can I find info on which states consider my conviction a felony

I was convicted in a general court-martial in California on Feb 00. The charges were UCMJ Article 81 - conspiracy to commit larceny of $6259.76, Article 121 - theft of $6259.76, and Article 134 - making a false statement. Basicly it was insurance fraud for my motorcycle. It was a stupid mistake which I regret. I served 2 months confinment, Bad conduct discharge, reduction to E-1.

Based on the value and type of offense I doubt there is any state that does not consider this a felony.

I can't speak for other states but in Missouri your conviction would be a felony. Have you considered applying for a federal pardon from the President?
