Legal Question in Military Law in California

Marriage between officer and enlisted different branch

My fiance is going through OTS in the USAF, and she will get

commisioned on September, I am enlisted in the Navy since 2001, as far

as I have researched, if we get married there will be no fraternization

since we are in a different branch, and we would never be under the

same command.

We plann to get married right after she finishes OTS, or maybe while she

is there, in tha case that we have the chance. Is there any way that we

could get involved in a fraternization case, or any other problem?
