Legal Question in Military Law in California
Military15 years of service and my life gone
FACT: I was denied reenlistement into the Air Force after 15 years of service for failing a Drug rehablitaiton program.
Fact : I was place into the program do to false allagations and staments of my work performace by my commander. (i have written documentation disputtig what the commander said to include a letter from the said commnader himself during this time frame)
Fact: Offical goverment personnel records were distroyed and reaccomplished by said commander to support the allagations.
Fact: An artile 32 hearing found in favor of me and agreed that i had been leagaly perscriped the medication. (caseing the Commander to get up set and place me in the above rehab progam)
I have docuemnent prove of the above plus more, can i sue to get my job back. And were do I start.

Without knowing everything about your case, you could possibly petition the appropriate military board for correction of your military records to reflect reinstatement.
