Legal Question in Military Law in California
if my parents signed me up for the air force but i was already 18 before the pers were signed can i choose not to go?

I do not see how your parents, under any circumstances and whatever your age could force you to go into the military and that the military would accept you. Call the nearest Air Force recruiting office, find out what you status really is, tell them you have never agreed to join, and find out what you need to avoid getting any calls from the Air Force to join up. Then find out from your parents why they did it and point out it was illegal, immoral, and stupid.
