Retirement pay in a depression
Will Military retired pay be affected during a depression?

This question is better directed to an economist, but my best guess is that Uncle Sam will fully fund its obligations to military retirees.
However, in my opinion, if the federal government continues with its current levels of deficit spending, the value of the dollar will continue to weaken, resulting in more consumer price inflation.
Please write to your members of Congress and let them know you care about this important issue.
