underage awol bfore basic training

what will happen to me it i dont go back? i know ill have to go to court, but if i go to juvenile hall how long could it turn out to be? and will i go to jail when i turn of age?

If you haven't yet reported to Basic training, then you are likely in either the DEP (Delayed Entry program) or DTP (Delayed Training program), both are very easy to get out of. (see http://www.objector.org/girights/delayed-enlistment-program.html )

If you have reported to Basic training but are currently AWOL or thinking of going AWOL, I of course can't tell advise you to go AWOL because that would be against the law. I can though tell you the consequences of going AWOL and help you deal with the consequences. So before you do anything, please call me or the GI Rights hotline ASAP.
