Legal Question in Military Law in California

both my wife and the military officer knew the other was married...met while playing world of warcraft, and we knew each other on the game and talked on the game as well, they talked on cells, texting back and forth, but i was told they were just friends by my wife,a nd that he just needed to vent about his wife, and she the same to him...so, how would i go about reporting him to his superiors?? finding out his home address, since i think his wife needs to know as well...

Call up the office of the commanding general at the base where he lives to find out whom to complain with. At the moment, do no tworry about his wife.
