Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

2 accidents should i close the one going to trialminor the other major the 1st one wants to blame the 2nd for my injuries should i let insurances fight over this

You have to provide more facts as to what is occurring. Both defendants will blame the other accident for your injuries, whether you dismiss the case or not. It might be best to try both at the same time if you can, but the defendants will object to that. Do you have an attorney? when did each accident occur, same pats of the body injured, if one really minor perhaps try other one first, but court will go on basis of when suit filed not which one you wish to try [and 90% of the cases settle before trial].
