Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
I am 24hrs away from going to trial with no experts because my lawyer started saying i needed them only weeks before trial and that I was going to have to pay huge sums of money for their services. I paid for the doctors but their testimony is not what we expected mostly due to the nondisclosure of my medical records from the night of the accident and some mistakes made by my lawyer . I have been injured from airbag non deploy and need more exams and some medical records anylized and proper disclosure of my medical history before the trial which I thought would be covered by the contingency contract.

Are you asking a question? Or is this just a general plea for help? Because if you're asking someone on this board to swoop in tomorrow and save the day, you must know that's not going to happen. If you lose your case and you blame your lawyer for it, you'll have to consult with a legal malpractice attorney. Good luck.
Too bad; it looks like you went to the wrong lawyer. I start a trial tomorrow. We advanced all costs and expenses for experts, doctors, and even interpreters.
When we say you do not have to pay unless we recover for you we mean it.
I have no clue who your lawyer is and i don't want to know.

If you need experts and don't have them, then you will almost certainly lose your case. Your question strongly suggests that your lawyer has committed malpractice, but that isn't necessarily what happened. Even if he has, it's possible that you weren't harmed as a result since you might have lost your case anyway. If your lawyer isn't able to salvage your position, you should consult another lawyer about the prospects of a malpractice case against your current attorney.
Good luck.
