Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
3rd degree burn from SF Mcdonalds
I am 36 years old, have a good job,
in mostly good good health, and this
burn is pretty bad. Blisters, which
popped and are now healing, red
skin, third degree burns, etc.
I purchased the coffee on Thursday
August 7th from Potrero Hill
Mcdonalds in SF. I think the lid was
on crooked, and when I got out of
the car, carrying my breakfast in a
bag, my coffee and orange juice in a
beverage tray spilled on my leg. I
shrieked in pain. It's a pretty
significant burn. I have the receipt
and have been documenting the
progress of the burn as much as I
can with digital photography.
Is there anything I can, legally?
I assure you this is all legitimate.
