You may discharge your present attorney at any time for any reason. When you retain a new attorney, the new attorney will handle everything having to do with the former attorney which you discharged. Also, your attorneys fees are not increased just by the mere fact that you discharged your former attorney.

You need to make sure that you are represented properly by an attorney who has experience in personal injury cases. I strictly ONLY represents plaintiff's in personal injury cases like yours. I work on a contigency basis which means that I only get paid if there is a settlement. You can call me for a free consultation at (888) LAW-1177.
