Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
So I was in an accident on the 26 of September 2014. The car rear ended my friends car and I was in the backseat of the car with my 3 month old son. I had severe back injuries and minor whiplash. I could not move for up to 3weeks and it is now a month and a week past the accident, I went to the doctor last week and found out I am pregnant but I was only 2weeks or so when the accident happened, now I have to get an abortion because I can barely take care of my 4month old son. Should I tell the insurance adjuster or not? The accident was the other drivers fault. Also she has asked for my medical records for the days I went to the doctor only for the accident. It was stated what days she could get the records from. But before I knew I was pregnant they said I will have to do physical therapy so the insurance adjuster wanted those records also...what do I do?

You should get a lawyer so your rights are protected, including your medical privacy. Feel free to contact my office (323) 782-0099.
It sounds like you have a number of problems that have suddenly arisen in your life due to this auto accident. Some that are foreseeable and some that are not.
It is important for you to understand what are your rights and the steps you need to take at this very critical time for you following this accident. The steps you take now will dictate what you may be able to recover from the at-fault driver (and insurer) and how you can be placed back in the position you were in before the injuries you have suffered in the auto accident.
You need to speak with a competent and professional attorney that will provide you with the personal attention in maneuvering the issues you've mentioned.
