Accident
My son injured someone in an auto accident. He is 19. The car is registered in his name. He had no insurance and his license was suspended at the time of the accident. He lives with me at home. Could i be liable for any lawsuit or medical expenses because he is not 21.

Re: Accident
As a 19 year old his is an adult and responsible for his conduct. Unless your name is on the title to the car or there is another factor to tie you to the car you should not be liable. If you are served with a complaint regarding this accident report that to your auto or home insurance carrier. If you are uninsured then retain an attorney to represent you.
